1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
The item does not match your order

                Important: Returns must be requested within 48 hours after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Items damaged due to misuse or poor installation
Electrical items that have already been installed
Items returned after 48 hours
Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
