• Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay when you receive your order
• Mobile Money - MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money
• Bank Transfer - Direct bank deposits
• Card Payments - Visa, Mastercard (coming soon)

Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for non-COD payments).

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Kampala: 1-2 business days
• Upcountry: 3-5 business days

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and be available at the agreed delivery times. Failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

We accept returns if:

• The item delivered is wrong or different from what was ordered
• The item is damaged upon delivery
• The item is defective or not working properly

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to interfere with website functionality
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

Thynk Auto Parts shall not be liable for:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
