2. Mobile Money Payments
How to Pay via Mobile Money
- Customers will receive the official payment number upon order confirmation
- Payments must be made to the verified Thynk Auto number only
- Customers are required to share the transaction confirmation message after payment
Security Tip: Always verify the payment number with us before sending money.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available in selected areas within Kampala and nearby locations
- Customers are encouraged to inspect the item before completing payment
- Full payment must be made upon delivery
4. Bank Transfers
Bank Transfer Process
- Bank details are shared upon request
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation is received
- Customers must share proof of transfer for verification
5. Payment Confirmation
Orders are only dispatched after payment confirmation for prepaid orders. Thynk Auto reserves the right to delay shipment until payment is verified.
6. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are quoted in Uganda Shillings (UGX)
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Delivery charges are communicated separately before order confirmation
7. Fraud Prevention & Security
